As one of Hamburg's leading container workshops, CONDACO offers the following services around containers. These are carried out in our workshop or as a mobile service by specially trained personnel.
- Estimation of the delivered container within 12 hours
- Repair, maintenance and restoration of the container and its attachments
- Certified repair of tank linings
- Execution of the periodic tests (2,5y/5y)
- Complete restorations
- Modification and conversions according to customer requirements
- Heating of loaded tanks by means of stationary glycol heating

CONDACO has certified welders for pressure vessels and the welding of stainless steel, black steel and aluminum. Likewise, CONDACO is able to use all welding processes (MIG/MAG/TIG) certified in the workshop as well as portable processes for quick repairs on site. Our welding machines are state-of-the-art and are continuously tested and re-calibrated.
For modification and conversions, a team of engineers and technicians with a broad expertise is ready to implement every request quickly, customer-oriented and low-priced. Furthermore, CONDACO has modern computer technology to plan and develop modifications in advance.
In order to improve and maintain the quality standard, a QM system has been implemented, which was certified ISO9001 in autumn 2018. A specially developed program is used for continuous monitoring of the maintenance of the machine park, safety equipment and safety at work.
The most up-to-date software and the internationally standardized EDI processes are used to communicate and transmit estimates, container movements and completion. Alternatively, the data can also be sent by conventional email. In addition, CONDACO offers each customer a daily automated report on the status of their containers.
